Shop Elite is an online store offering organic, vegan, and natural skincare, cosmetics, hair care, and health products. We are based in South Africa and cater to customers looking for high-quality, eco-friendly products.

Agreement of Sale

An agreement of sale between Shop Elite and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Until this point, all goods remain the property of Shop Elite. The products sold by Shop Elite are not for resale.

Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day.

Return and Refunds Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If a product is damaged or incorrect when received, you must inform us within one working day. We will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you or offer a full refund.
  • Shop Elite will cover the cost of returns if the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

Satisfaction Guarantee

All products are sold with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Opened Products: If you have used the product and are not satisfied, we will pass your feedback to the supplier. The supplier’s remedy is at their discretion, and Shop Elite is not responsible for issuing refunds in this case.
  • Unopened Products: If the product is in its original sealed state, we will issue a return number and provide a return delivery address. Return shipping costs will be at your expense. Upon receipt of the product, we will inspect it, and if it is in its original sealed state, we will refund you the value of the product.

Miss-picked Orders

If you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within one working day. We will check our system for any errors, and if it was a miss-pick, we will arrange to swap the incorrect product with the correct one at no cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Payment: An order can be canceled if payment has not been made yet.
  • After Payment but Before Dispatch: Once payment has been made, you can cancel your order only if the product has not yet been dispatched.
