Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Shop Elite, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return any goods within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
- The item(s) must be in their original, unopened packaging.
Please note that certain products are non-returnable:
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
Personal care items such as skincare or cosmetics that have been opened.
Health products that have been opened or used.
Intimate or sanitary products.
Perishable goods (such as food or plants).

Return Process
- Changed Your Mind? If you wish to return an item because it is not suitable or you have changed your mind, we will refund you the cost of the item, less the courier fee, once the item has been returned to our warehouse and confirmed to be in a saleable condition.
- Misrepresentation on Our Site: If the return is due to a misrepresentation of the product on our site, we will refund you in full as soon as the item is received back at our warehouse.
- Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you received the wrong or a damaged item, please email us at support@shopelite.co.za with your order number, details, and a picture of the product. We will assist in resolving the issue by sending you the correct item or arranging a refund.
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and are generally completed within 3 working days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made in the original tender form used for the purchase.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns for:
- Feminine hygiene, menstrual, or intimate products, such as reusable pads, menstrual cups, yoni eggs, or underwear.
Shipping Returns
If you need to return a product, please contact our customer support team at support@shopelite.co.za to receive a return form and a courier quote. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to us. Once the item is received and inspected, we will refund you.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, you are welcome to return the unopened and unused product following our return policy. We can then refund you in Shop Elite Points to use towards placing a new order for the desired product on our website.
